Jessica Lowndes at Arthur UK première; Lindsay Lohan out on bail

ITN has managed to get a few comments from Canadian actress Jessica Lowndes (of 90210 fame) as she went on the red carpet for the UK première of the Arthur remake, starring Russell Brand.
   Lowndes says that her present character is ‘very dark’ and would love to look at comedy or a period piece.
   She spoke highly of Brand and says, ‘His comedic timing is awesome.’
   A less cheery entertainment item is Lindsay Lohan’s latest court appearance over the theft of a necklace. The judge had ruled that Lohan had violated the conditions of her probation for a prior charge, and sentenced the troubled actress to 120 days’ jail and 480 hours’ community service. Her legal team, meanwhile, secured $75,000 for her bail, five hours after her sentence.
